Built to Support Integrated Campaign
Challenge: Many ophthalmologists and optometrists were unaware that Reliance Medical chairs were made in the U.S. with parts and materials from over 150 American suppliers.
Idea: Reliance chairs support not only patients and practices but also U.S. jobs and American-made materials.
Story: What began as a single ad idea evolved into a long-term integrated campaign. We created a comprehensive campaign celebrating Reliance’s “Made in the USA” difference. Through a video, landing page, print ads, and emails, we emphasized the theme “Built to Support.” This message resonated with Reliance Medical’s dealer sales groups and significantly boosted sales, demonstrating the campaign's impact on supporting the company itself.
